At Home Wellness brings personalized yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness sessions tailored to your space, schedule, and individual wellness goals.
Absolutely! The sessions are designed to be gentle and beginner-friendly, with clear instructions and modifications to suit all fitness levels.
Just a yoga mat, some water, and a quiet space. Optional props like a cushion or block can add comfort but aren’t necessary.
Consistency matters more than intensity. Practicing 2–3 times a week can improve flexibility, reduce stress, and boost overall well-being within a few weeks.
